No Patriots for Ukraine: US contractors reluctant to hand over licenses 
As Ukraine is desperately pleading for licenses to produce US Patriot air defense systems themselves, the manufacturers – Raytheon and Lockheed Martin – are reportedly worried that it could hurt American production.
